MiFID - Markets in Financial Instruments Directive

With the entry into force of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) on 1 November 2007, the regulations governing the provision of investment services will be significantly changed. In addition to the creation of a uniform European legal framework for investment services, making securities markets more competitive, there will be better market transparency and investor protection.

You can find a listing of the trading centres and business partners with whom DZ BANK International transacts securities in the current "DZI Trading Centre List". This is only valid in conjunction with the "General Terms and Conditions" of DZ BANK International. In future, you will be able to keep track of amendments to the trading centre list under "History".
